Summary: By accessing or purchasing digital goods and engineering services from iZdigi, you agree to these Terms. Lemon Squeezy serves as our Merchant of Record for digital transactions, handling billing, tax compliance, and order fulfillment. We provide clean source code and dedicated engineering solutions under clear licensing boundaries.

1. Operating Entity & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "Licensee") and iZdigi (operated under the iZhubs Digital Ecosystem). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website at izdigi.com, including all digital code kits, templates, technical services, and related engineering deliverables.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or utilizing any product or service provided by iZdigi, you unequivocally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Scope of Services & Software Licensing Framework

iZdigi delivers digital software assets and technical implementation services categorized into 6 distinct offerings:

2.1 Self-Serve Digital Code & Landing Kits ($0 – $39 USD)

Pre-built, deterministic web templates engineered with Astro v5 and Tailwind CSS v4, optimized for sub-0.8s load times and 100/100 Core Web Vitals.

  • Community License ($0 USD): Grants a non-exclusive license to use the source code for one (1) personal, non-commercial project. Author attribution comments must remain intact.
  • Commercial License ($39 USD): Grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and deploy the source code across unlimited commercial projects for yourself or your direct clients.
  • Prohibited Use: You may NOT sub-license, redistribute, resell, or make available the source code as a standalone template, theme, UI kit, or asset on competitive digital marketplaces or public repositories.

2.2 Turnkey WordPress Native & Private VPS Architecture ($1,000 – $3,000 USD)

Full-stack custom WordPress architecture deployed directly onto customer-owned private virtual private servers (VPS). Deliverables include 100% clean source code, optimized SQLite/MySQL database layer, and full root access credentials. Upon final handover and milestone sign-off, iZdigi retains zero backdoors or administrative access.

2.3 Managed Cloud WaaS (Website-as-a-Service)

Turnkey web application hosting running isolated Docker containers on dedicated cloud infrastructure. Includes automated SSL certificate renewal, daily snapshots, and security patch maintenance. Customers retain responsibility for published content; services transmitting spam, hosting malware, or participating in DDoS attacks will be terminated immediately.

2.4 Technical SEO Entity Audit & Architecture (48h Turnaround)

In-depth technical SEO evaluation completed within 48 business hours. Deliverables include entity schema graph models, topical authority gap analyses, and actionable remediation checklists based on live search engine guidelines.

2.5 n8n Automation & Webhook Integration

Engineering custom automation pipelines connecting webhook events to internal operational backends using self-hosted n8n workflows. Customers maintain ownership and security of their third-party API credentials and webhook signing secrets.

2.6 iZ Academy (1:1 AI Vibe Coding Mentorship)

Specialized 1:1 technical advisory and hands-on developer training focusing on modern AI Vibe Coding methodologies, prompt engineering pipelines, and resilient web infrastructure engineering.

3. Payments & Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy)

All digital orders, software license purchases, and recurring subscription billings conducted on or through izdigi.com are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC acting as our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR).

  • Reseller Authority: Lemon Squeezy is the legal merchant of record for transactions. When you purchase a digital product, you enter into a legal sale contract with Lemon Squeezy, who fulfills the transaction on our behalf.
  • Taxes and Invoicing: Lemon Squeezy calculates, collects, and remits applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST in accordance with the tax laws of your country or state of residence. Lemon Squeezy issues official VAT-compliant digital invoices for all completed purchases.
  • Payment Security: Payment information is processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. iZdigi never stores or handles raw payment card numbers or banking credentials.
  • Disputes and Chargebacks: Payment inquiries, billing queries, and chargeback disputes are managed cooperatively between Lemon Squeezy and the iZdigi technical support team.

4. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimers

ALL SOFTWARE ASSETS, DIGITAL CODE KITS, AND INFRASTRUCTURE CONFIGURATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall iZdigi, its founders, engineers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data loss, or server downtime. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to any product or service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to iZdigi for that specific product or service during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

iZdigi is not liable for disruptions resulting from upstream cloud providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Hetzner, AWS) or client-side administrative misconfigurations post-handover.
